"We were here for a week to celebrate Frank’s 80th Birthday. What a week it was- walking riding bikes, playing tennis and swimming in the pool, we enjoyed all that Naringal had to offer, plus a day trip to sovereign hill. A perfect venue for everyone. Thank you to Sally, Alastair and staff. Anna’s Birthday Catering was delicious."

"A massive thankyou Sally & Al for hosting our annual holiday. We have loved it (again). The kids have enjoyed exploring the property – we’ve barely seen them in 10 days! We also hosted our first triathlon – the most perfect venue. Looking forward to visiting Naringal again. Warmest wishes."

"John, Tess, Judith, Janis, Dee, Tony, Sue & Mike cam to Naringal as guests of Allan & Penelope who were celebrating their combined 70th & 75th Birthdays. We all enjoyed a magnificent 3 days in this luxurious setting. The walks around the countryside were lovely including the cemetery and the old slab bark hut. We enjoyed all the facilities on offer. Roaring fires, formal dining, alfresco areas, and a relaxing spa. A great weekend was had by all."

"What an amazing setting for celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Alastair and Sally for the opportunity to stay in the magnificent Naringal Station Homestead. We made the most of the tennis court, swimming pool and all the facilities in this beautiful home. The sound of our granddaughter playing the magnificent grand piano remains a treasured memory along with our wonderful formal dinner. A perfect setting for celebrating 50 amazing years. Thank you from Mike, Moira and all the family."

“Naringal proved to be the perfect venue for our family to celebrate the 80th birthday of our ‘matriarch’. We spent an absolutely delightful long weekend, revelling in the mix of natural and man-made beauty of the Naringal property. Inside facilities are plentiful if you have a crowd to feed. Two fridges, generous storage and plenty of kitchen equipment allowed us to prepare several large festive meals. 14 people were seated with ease, without running out of plates, glasses or cutlery! The pavilion, with it’s view onto the stunning garden cannot be faulted as a place for celebration. A grand piano in the elegant sitting room makes this a heavenly place to make music. We loved long walks around the property, exploring the creek with its large boulders, admiring trees, and visiting the historic cemetery. There is just so much to do at Naringal, whatever your age! Naringal is a special part of Victorian history. Sally and Alistair, thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We can’t wait to come back.”

“We, being a family of 11, spent a fantastic weekend at Naringal Station early December. We were met by Sally and Alastair, the very affable owners, who showed us around the historic mansion and then left us to enjoy the peace, quiet, and all the place has to offer. We are talking spacious rooms, bedrooms all with private ensuites, air conditioning, splendid views, pool and spa, mod grass flood-lit tennis court, pavilion with BBQ, fridge and views over the pool and countryside. History is everywhere, from the mansion itself to the original slab hut built in the early 1800’s and the nearby private cemetery. It was a brilliant weekend and there was something for everyone; fishing, swimming, tennis or relaxing! The historic homestead is well equipped and very well appointed and is a perfect place for large groups to enjoy some time away from the city rat race."

"Thank you so much Sally for sharing this wonderful ‘Naringal’ property with our family. As you can see the 41 people in the Maher family had the most wonderful, restful, exciting, nurturing and happy time. The homestead was perfect. The pool was in use every day and we had so much fun. Fishing, walking, riding bikes, swimming, eating, and drinking. We lit the fireplace in the gazebo room every night. There was so much singing, dancing, laughing, and happiness happening in that room to the wee hours of the morning. As you know we have had, and I suppose all of us have had challenges in the past 2 years. Our family needed to connect and have had challenges and joys. There was so much love we all shared, and I hope ‘Naringal’ felt this. We feel this is such a happy house that we will all be back again. Hope this year is prosperous for all of us and the world. Much love from Gayle, John and all the Mahers."

“The elegance of the 1900's is complemented by modern amenities in the homestead at Naringal. Our stay combined old-world charm and grandeur, with marble ensuite bathrooms and a heated spa and pool. Plenty of open fires, including an outdoor facility on the deck off the pool house, enhanced the rustic charm of distant views of rolling hills and farmland. We felt like we were on a movie set. We had many choices for dining, both internal and external, and the huge kitchen, complete with Aga stove, giving lots of options for cooking. The kids loved the outdoor experience, where they could roam freely until dusk settled beautifully on the valley. We’ll be back very soon!”
